Membres associ�s: Adhésion d'une entreprise qui est distributeur de produits et services ou manufacturier           d'équipement. Dans le cas d'un manufacturier d'équipement, les frais sont selon la grosseur de l'entreprise.

Moyen manufacturier: 1000$ + taxe(s)
Petit manufacturier: 500$ + taxe(s)
Fournisseur/distributeur: 400$ + taxe(s)
