ABOUT THE CWF
The Canadian Woodlands Forum (CWF) is the only forest industry organization providing a network for logging contractors, forest product companies, suppliers and “on-the-ground” forestry personnel.
Our mission is to improve the efficiency, cost-effectiveness and profitability of woodlands operations through an ongoing commitment to providing opportunities for communication and a means to exchange knowledge of best practices, technology and innovations that contribute towards sustaining a robust, safe, and environmentally responsible wood fiber supply chain.
THE MEMBER VALUE PROGRAM (MVP) OPPORTUNITY
With over 340 members representing an estimated $116 million in annual expenditures, the CWF offers access to an attractive, engaged, and captive market to firms supplying products and services to the forest industry.
The MVP is simple – Program Partners provide a unique ‘offer’ of tangible value to CWF members and in return the CWF works with Program Partners to promote and sell their product offering through its membership communication channels and live events.
The MVP is designed to be ‘win-win-win’. Members win through the opportunity to attain greater value for their purchasing dollar, the CWF wins by providing increased member benefits, and the Program Partner wins by creating a new and efficient sales channel.
HOW THE PROGRAM PARTNERS BENEFIT
Program Partners benefit from the opportunity to obtain exclusive access (for their category) to Forest Industry customers through a trusted source, enabling them to cost effectively generate sales volume and build a loyal customer base.
For a nominal fee to help with the cost of administration, the CWF promotes the Program Partner’s product offerings through its communication channels, events, and numerous ‘touch-points’ including:
As additional benefits, Program Partners receive complimentary membership in the CWF and lower fees for exhibit space at events.
