Everyone knows that successful business owners recognize the value of their employees’ contribution towards maintaining a healthy bottom line. They also realize the importance of continually looking for innovative ways to invest and provide for a safe and productive team.
An effective and efficient group benefits program can help define a well-run business by its proven ability to attract and retain valued employees that will in turn, generate cost effective savings by means of improved employee satisfaction.
The Canadian Woodlands Forum (CWF) has responded to member requests for a benefits program, and in doing so, have partnered with Belmont Health & Wealth and developed an affordable, comprehensive, yet voluntary group benefits program. The program is solely designed to meet the needs of CWF members, saving them money, and providing flexibility with the broader range of benefits typically reserved for larger employers.
To join the program, the firm must be a member of the Canadian Woodlands Forum, and employ a minimum of 1 – 2 employees. As a member, the program enables you to choose the best level of coverage for you and your employees, albeit the Basic, the Enhanced or the Comprehensive Plans. There’s no “one-size-fits-all” program.
The coverage you choose is open to all permanent employees who work a minimum of 20 hours a week. Seasonal employees are also eligible to join.
Group Benefits are important, not only for the financial
assistance, but for the security they provide for you and
your family. In order to provide you with the best
available service, the Canadian Woodlands Forum has
partnered with Belmont Health & Wealth as the appointed plan
administrator. Belmont Health & Wealth not only specializes,
but is also a recognized leader in the administration of
group benefits programs.
